About the board of directors
The ASBA Board of Directors directs the business and affairs of the ASBA. The board of directors adopted this Charter (PDF–69K) to guide it in its work on behalf of the association. These policies also guide the board of directors' work. The board of directors meets monthly according to this schedule. Meeting agendas and meeting minutes are also posted.
