Karen Bartsch is completing her first term with Grasslands Regional Division No. 6 and presently serving as the board chair. She is on the Board of Governors for the University of Lethbridge and earned her Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary. Karen has 34 years experience in the public education system both as a teacher and administrator, she retired in 2005. Karen resides in Brooks with her husband Jay and enjoys golfing skiing and reading.
