DR. DAVID TOWNSEND -
THE IMPACT OF REFORM ON EDUCATION
Sunday, January 17, 7pm
Dr. David Townsend's ongoing research about the impact of educational reform
suggests that while Alberta's schools are doing more with less, any conclusion
that the reformed system is a "better" system is at best premature.
To sum up his findings, following the restructuring launched in 1993, conditions
in schools are about the same or worse.
