School board chairs and senior administrators from Alberta’s school jurisdictions will meet in Edmonton on Saturday, September 12 to consider responses to: the dispute over teacher wage increases; funding cuts announced for this school year and future cuts to Alberta’s public education system. While this meeting will be closed to the media, ASBA President Heather Welwood will be available for comment and questions following the meeting at 3:15 p.m.
