Banff National Park fees

Each visitor is required to have a valid Park Pass for the duration of their stay in Banff National Park.  This can easily be purchased online or by visiting the Tourist Information Centre on Banff Avenue upon their arrival. For more information on Park Fees please see the Parks Canada website.

Getting to the conference

Several shuttle companies provide transportation between the Calgary Airport and Banff. Below are links to some options; we recommend you book as soon as possible to ensure your preferred shuttle time.

Brewster Express: To get the 20% discount online, guests need to enter promo code CSBA2023 when they “check out” or if calling in you also need to identify yourself as being with CSBA2023 in order to get the 20% discount.

Banff Airporter: Receive a 15% discount on the Banff Airporter’s daily shuttle service between the Calgary Airport and Banff. Proceed through the reservation and type – CSBA2023 – in the “Promo Code” section on the final payment page to receive the discount. This special rate is valid for travel dates between June 30 – July 9, 2023

Chartered Canmore-Banff Shuttle Bus Service

For those who are staying in Canmore you may choose to use the CSBA chartered school buses. You will be required to show your park pass to the driver to enter the school bus. Please note that the chartered buses will NOT STOP at the Banff Park Gate for you to purchase a Park Pass.

Please note that parking at the Banff Centre is limited. If you prefer to rent a vehicle at the airport, we recommend you confirm as soon as possible as rentals are limited.

While Congress attendees can look forward to a full schedule of learning together, you will also be able to explore the picturesque mountains hiking, canoeing or kayaking, white-water rafting, mountain biking, horseback riding, golfing, visiting the hot springs, gondola rides or exploring the town of Banff and the museums and local festivals.
